Return policy - Norvé Vancouver

At Norvé Vancouver, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the return policy below carefully.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.


Return Conditions

  • You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

  • Returns can only be initiated after the order has been delivered.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and customs fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Trying on items is allowed; wearing items is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, odor, or alteration will not be approved for return.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email your return request to info@norvevancouver.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Our support team will provide you with the return address.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense using a tracked shipping method.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.


Return Shipping Location

All returns must be sent to our international fulfillment center located in China.

Please note:

  • International return shipping can be costly.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Norvé Vancouver is not responsible for delays caused by international shipping or customs clearance.


Refunds

Once your return has arrived in China and has been inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Hygiene-sensitive products

  • Gift cards

Unless the item arrives defective or damaged.


Lost Packages & Address Responsibility

  • Norvé Vancouver is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
