  • Typographical or technical errors may occur.

  • Norvé Vancouver reserves the right to correct errors at any time.

Such errors do not entitle the customer to compensation.


3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are processed after full payment has been received.

  • Available payment methods may vary by country and region.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct.

Norvé Vancouver reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.


4. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination

  • Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner in China

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Cancellations & Returns

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for detailed return and cancellation conditions.

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order.


6. Liability

Norvé Vancouver is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Loss or damage after delivery confirmation

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
